Return & Refund Policy
We understand that you may need to make adjustments to your order. Due to the special nature of handmade custom products, we have formulated the following policies to ensure fair trade:
1. Return Time Window
- Standard products: You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product
- Customized products: Due to the personalized production characteristics, returns without quality problems are not accepted
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
✅ Accepted when:
- The product is damaged during transportation
- The wrong product is received
- The product has manufacturing defects
❌ Not accepted when:
- Customized products have no quality problems
- Wrong orders caused by customers
- The product has been used or the packaging is incomplete
3. Return Process

② Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the problem
③ After receiving the return authorization, send the product back to the designated address
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the return is accepted
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method
- Credit card processing times depend on your issuing bank
5. Special Terms for Customized Products
- After the design draft is confirmed, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled
- Only returns due to production errors or serious quality problems are accepted
- Design modification requests must be made within 24 hours after placing the order
6. Order Modification & Cancellation
- A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders
- Orders already in production or shipping cannot be cancelled
- Address changes must be made 24 hours before delivery
7. Receiving Your Package (Important for Returns)
To ensure a smooth return/refund process, we recommend:
✔️ Take an unboxing video when receiving your package
✔️ Refuse delivery if the packaging is severely damaged
✔️ Report any issues within 7 days, including:
- Full unboxing video
- At least 3 close-up images of the problem
