1. Order Processing Time

• Weekday orders begin processing within 24 hours
• Custom product creation time: 2–4 weeks (not including shipping)
• 📌 During holiday or peak seasons, processing may be delayed 3–7 business days

3. Shipment Tracking & Delays

• Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships

Possible delays:

• International customers may face customs clearance delays
• Weather, holidays, or customs inspections may cause rare delays

Compensation policy:

• Free shipping orders: Eligible for refund after 60 days of delay
• Tracked shipping: Contact support for real-time updates

4. Duties & Customs

• Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees
• These charges are the recipient’s responsibility
• We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering

5. Package Receipt Instructions

To ensure smooth receipt and protect your rights:

• 📹 Record an unboxing video when opening your package
• Inspect for damage before signing
• You may refuse delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged

📌 To report product issues:

• Submit within 7 days of delivery
• Provide a full unboxing video + at least 3 close-up photos

6. Undeliverable Packages

• After 2 failed delivery attempts, packages may be held at your local post office for 14 days
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to us automatically

Your options:
✧ Reship with a $15 fee
✧ Request a refund (30% fee deducted; shipping non-refundable)
